The ColorID app for BlackBerry will light your screen up in a color you have designated for that number. So assign your mom’s name to blue, or your friend’s name to red, and you’ll know whenever they call that it’s them just by looking at your phone. And you can even assign email numbers or text messages to certain colors. So however you want to use this app, it’s there and ready to use. You’ll be amazed at how useful this cool little app is!
The Lite version of the Color ID app is free for BlackBerry and therefore, will only give you two colors to choose from. That’s still enough if you only need to be able to tell when certain are people are calling, so you know it’s a call you have to take. There are also a few requirements for the app, such as allowing Color ID permissions on your phone and pulling your battery once the app is installed, just as you would on your PC or Mac.
