Do you often lug a thick notebook to you with the gym, just so that you can keep track of all the different times, weights, and distances you’ve achieved? Or to keep track of what your goals are, so that you can see if you’re reaching them? Now, you can take one more thing out of your workout bag as you’ll no longer need that notebook that seems so impossible to keep organized anyway. Download the WorkOut Tracker app for BlackBerry, and you’ll be able to see your workouts at a glance.

The app starts as a calendar, where you can schedule all of your different workouts. Of course, you can always open a new page to enter in what distance you covered, how fast you went, what workout you were doing at the time, and what your start and end time was. You can enter these in after your workout to keep track of your progress or you can enter them in beforehand to set your own personal goals.

While the app does seem to have everything you would need to keep track of what you’re doing at the gym, it hasn’t gotten very many good reviews inside the BlackBerry App World. Personally, we also think that there are better workout apps out there, but if you’re just looking for something basic, then this app should be enough for you.
